Acathla. A band of epic proportions hindered only by the fact that nobody knows who they were. 5 mighty God's of rock who for too brief a time were among us, providing bouncy riffage and "Oi! Oi! Oi!" chorus goodness. Some say they came from the stars, others an alternative rock dimension. All we know for certain is most of them were from the Sandhurst area.
Ok, so we actually know a lot more than that, Gary (me by the way), Jon, Grant, James and Pat were Acathla. Within this section of the website you can chose to learn more about the might Acathla, and download some samples of their catchy choons.
For those of us with more ambition than talent, the right gear is essential. I can play Bass adequately. I can play guitar poorly, but with the right equipment it can all be good.
